This site uses PayPal's secure payment system when ordering prints.
This site is for viewing paintings, you will not be asked to enter any details.
Should you wish to buy a print then the PayPal button will transfer you from this site to PayPal's secure payment site.
PRICING :
Prices are in British Pounds Sterling
Prices are not subject to VAT.
ORDERS :
Worldwide orders are accepted but import tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer must accept this when ordering.
Should the print be returned from customs then any cost to me will be taken from the returned money.

SHIPPING :
The customer will
receive an E-mail informing them of the date of despatch.
Likewise, the artist would appreciate confirmation of
delivery
All goods will be sent via Royal mail: recorded /signed for delivery.
RETURNS :
Pigment inks and Fine Art paper are used to produce your print. Your print will be a good representation of the original painting.
Your print is produced on demand - no stock is held of any painting. Therefore, your order is bespoke and made for you.
Before buying this product, it is understood that both buyer and seller agree, that the order can be returned only if:
1. The print has not been removed from the wrapping.
2. The wrapping has not been tampered with.
3. The print is returned, at your expence in the same packing, and Royal Mail: Next day by 1 or Tracked 24 with signature, delivery is used. Both are a 'signed for' delivery.
4. You inform me via email that you are returning the print, before posting, please.
5. On receipt of the returned goods the artist will return the product cost paid - less Paypal/Bank transaction fees. Also original postage will not be returned.
6. The returned money will be made payable to the named person who placed the order.
7. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS if the buyer has not complied with points: 1 to 6 listed above.
RECEIVING DAMAGED GOODS THROUGH THE POST.
Should this be the case then you will need to
contact me withing 14 Days.
Please take a digital photo' of the damage and email it to me so I can present it to Royal Mail with a claim.
Also, Please keep the packing - the postal service will require evidence of damage.
I will send a replacement at no expence to the buyer.
CANCELLATION OF PRINT :
You can cancel your order up to the time of posting
COMMISSIONED WORK :
No longer taken.
BUYING ORIGINAL WORK ONLINE :
The terms for buying original work are the same as mentioned in 'RETURNS' above.
