This oil painting shows the stone bridge over the River Carew - on the otherside of the bridge. The Mill pond is seen here which flows alongside Carew Castle and The Tidal Mill.
On this day the participants of Ironman Wales 2012
were cycling over the bridge and this prompted the painting.
