TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING ARTWORK FROM GWYNFOR ROBERTS

PRICING :

  • Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£)
  • Prices are not subject to VAT.
  • Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price.

PAYMENT :

  • For U.K. :
    You can use your debit or credit card and make the payment through PayPal
    or
    Cheques are accepted and should be made payable to : R G ROBERTS
    or
    UK Postal Order with appropriate handling fee.
  • Rest of the world :
    Payment through PayPal only
  • Orders will be despatched upon clearance of payment.

SHIPPING :

  • The customer will receive an E-mail informing them of the date of despatch.
    Likewise, the artist would appreciate confirmation of delivery
  • Goods will be sent via first class 'recorded delivery' / 'signed for' post.
  • Registered/special delivery is included in the cost.

RETURNS :

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply E-mail the artist within 7 days giving your reasons.
  • Return the goods in the original packing to : R G Roberts, Robarts Landscape Paintings, 47 Pengam Road, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Mid-Glam, CF82 8AA, Wales, United Kingdom.
  • On receipt of the returned item/items the artist will return the price of the product - excluding postage.
  • The returned money will be made payable to the named person who placed the order.

DAMAGED GOODS :

  • Damaged goods should be reported through an E-mail within 7 days
  • Damaged goods should be returned in the original packaging stating what type of damage has been caused.
  • Damaged goods should be returned to : R G Roberts, Robarts Landscape Paintings, 47 Pengam Road, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Mid-Glam, CF82 8AA, Wales, United Kingdom.
  • A full refund will be made to the named person/company who placed the order.

CANCELLATION :

  • You can cancel your order at anytime without giving a reason.
  • "Your statutory rights are not affected"
