Valley Line service between Cardiff Central and Rhymney

How our stations have changed! These paintings capture the stations as they are during 2010. Some have changed even whilst I have been painting them. When you look at these paintings you will probably think what on earth has he painted these for, their history has gone. There are lots of books showing them in their prime and it would have been a delight to have painted them. The Rhymney Valley has to be grateful having kept this line while other valleys have lost theirs though this is quietly changing.
