These Cwmdu Farm paintings show the landscape as it was in the 80's and 90's. I spent quite a lot of time sketching the fields then but now, some 20 to 30 years on it is so different.A landscape where once steam trains travelled through is now a modern day scene where the by-pass takes over. Still we can always paint around them. From my point of view they present a good record of my work at that time
